Unfortunately, because all of our items are made to order and processing begins quickly (usually within 24 hours), we’re not always able to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed.

If you just placed your order, please email us ASAP at jenny@beyondthebook.co with your order number and the correct address—we’ll do our best to catch it before it starts production.

If the order has already gone into production or has shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, and we can't offer refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

All of our size charts are available right here so you can find the perfect fit before placing your order. ✨

We recommend measuring a shirt or sweatshirt you already love at home and comparing it to the chart for the best results. All of our apparel is unisex sizing, so if you’re in between sizes or prefer a looser fit, we suggest sizing up!

Because all of our items are made to order through a print-on-demand process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind. Please be sure to check the size chart and product details before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email me at jenny@beyondthebook.co within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible!

Our shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies are printed using high-quality Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing. It’s one of the best methods for detailed, long-lasting designs—but a little extra care goes a long way in keeping your items looking their best.

To help preserve the print and fabric:

• Wash inside out
  
• Use cold water
  
• Tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry
  

To keep your tote bag looking its best, we recommend the following care steps:

• Machine wash cold
  
• Do not bleach, tumble-dry, or dry-clean
  
• Iron on low heat if needed—but never directly on the design.

Since every washer and dryer is different, we recommend keeping an eye on your settings and avoiding high heat whenever possible.

Our mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe, which makes them super convenient for everyday use. That said, if you want to keep the design looking vibrant for the long haul, we highly recommend handwashing your mug.

I’ve personally put them through the dishwasher and they’ve held up just fine—but every machine is different! High heat or harsh detergents can cause gradual fading over time, so a gentle handwash is the safest bet for keeping your mug cute and crisp.

For our glasswear, these glasses are handwash only—no dishwashers! To keep the design looking crisp and vibrant, gently wash with warm water and mild soap, then let it air dry.

Unfortunately, I only ship to the US right now. However, I plan on adding more countries I can ship to soon! So stay tuned!

All of our items are made to order, which means processing and shipping times can vary slightly depending on the item:

• Apparel & Totes: Usually arrive within 5–9 business days
  
• Mugs & Glasseware: Usually arrive within 6–9 business days
  

Keep in mind that these are estimated time-frames and may vary based on holidays, demand, or carrier delays. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to your doorstep!

Your order may arrive in separate packages depending on the item type. For example, a t-shirt and a mug will ship from different locations and have their own separate tracking info.

You’ll receive a separate shipping notification for each package, so be sure to check your email for updates!
