Holiday Shipping
If you're hoping to receive your order in time for Christmas (December 25th), please make sure to place your order by 11:59 PM EST on December 9th if you're in the U.S or 11:59 PM EST on December 1st if you're in Canada. These are recommended dates based on current production and shipping timelines.
Beyond the Book uses multiple manufacturing facility for all products you see in the shop, which means your items may ship from different locations. If you ordered a mix of products—like a sweatshirt and a mug—they might arrive in separate packages. Don’t worry, that's totally normal and everything is still on its way to you!
Once your order has been fulfilled and tracking information is provided, we’re unable to make changes to shipping details. During the holiday season, carriers may experience delays due to high volume, weather, or other factors outside of our control. Because of this, Beyond the Book is not responsible for any shipping delays once the order is in the hands of the carrier and cannot offer refunds on shipping fees due to delays.
Packing slips included in orders will not list prices, but will include a breakdown of items. At this time, personalized gift messages cannot be added to orders.
